How does your training get me fit?
The goal is to make fitness part of your lifestyle. Train up to 5 days a week for 30 – 45 minutes depending on your fitness goals. Memberships are 1x, 2x, 3x and unlimited (5) times a week. Pricing varies from $39-$70 a session.  Get better pricing with frequent sessions. Get faster results with frequent sessions. Training includes a 5 day split of functional and traditional weight bearing exercises combined with some plyometrics, core, balance and flexibility for a  well rounded workout.
Do I need a gym membership?
I am located inside the beautiful and clean River Oaks Gym. Gym Membership is not included in Training Pricing.  River Oaks Gym Membership grants you full access to studio at anytime the River Oaks Gym is open.  Simply Fill out the separate forms when you decide to join.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing, not to baggy, so I can see when an adjustment is needed. Wear comfortable shoes. Bring a refillable water bottle.
How do I get started?
Show up to your appointment.  I will have a few questions when we connect so I can understand your fitness goals. From there, I will do your body fat analysis, go over realistic goals and do an actual workout. After this, we can decide if we are a match and go from there. I prefer my clients to experience the workouts before they commit so they know what to expect.
Who is your typical client?
My morning clients want to get stronger and are open minded to new things. If you have worked out in the past and want to get back into it, are rehabbing an injury or a total newbie who prefers a more private setting, then we might be a match.
Do you reward referalls?
For every client that you refer and signs up, you will receive $100 off your training membership for the duration of their training.
What is the difference between Classes and Appointments?

I have classes on certain times a few times a week to target main problem areas. Bootie and Abs.  These classes may have up to 10+ participants per class and are held in different locations with different fitness professionals. When you purchase a CLASS package, you are limited to participate only during “CLASSES” times.  “APPOINTMENTS” are for up to 2 Training Clients with more scheduling availability.
